Thanh Hậu Nguyễn

Thanh Huynh is a Senior Engineer for Cloud-Based Energy Systems at Siemens since November 2019, specializing in multi-modal energy system research. As a Co-Founder of MIA Hotel since December 2017, Thanh Huynh has applied academic skills to real-world projects, managing all aspects of a 7-level hotel with a café and rooftop bar, while developing procedures for operations. Previous experience includes roles as a Research Assistant at TUMCREATE, where Thanh Huynh developed planning tools using optimization algorithms, and at the Institute of Power Systems and Power Economics, focusing on genetic algorithms for grid planning tools. Additional research experience includes modeling and simulation of power systems at RWTH Aachen University. Thanh Huynh holds a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, and Computer Engineering from RWTH Aachen University.
