Michele L. Lott Mpa

Michele L. Lott, MPA, SHRM-CP, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources and administration. Currently serving as a Contracts Administrator and Senior Executive Administrator at TMC Global Professional Services since October 2017, Michele leads HR and indirect buying efforts for government contracting in various former Soviet republics. Previous roles include Director of Human Resources at DoubleTree by Hilton, where Michele advanced employee relations and understanding of employment law, and a key HR functionary at Crowne Plaza. Additionally, Michele worked as a School to Home Facilitator for Great Falls Public Schools, fostering communication between the school and families. Michele holds a Master of Public Administration with a focus on Human Resources Management from the American Public University System and a Bachelor of Arts in Geology/Earth Science from The University of New Mexico.
