Tim Reuschel joined TMC Health in 2022 where he manages all legal functions of the enterprise and serves as a strategic partner to TMC Health’s various boards, committees, and executive leadership.
Prior to moving to Tucson, Reuschel served as chief legal officer for Great River Health System in Burlington, Iowa, and as vice president and general counsel for Hannibal (Mo.) Regional Healthcare System. In those capacities, he has had extensive experience leading litigation, hospital/practice acquisitions, corporate governance initiatives and medical staff issues. Before moving into full-time hospital work, Reuschel was an active trial lawyer with experience trying more than 100 contested matters to verdict or judgment.
Reuschel earned a bachelor’s degree from Truman State University and his law degree from the University of Missouri, where he served as Senior Note and Comment Editor of the Missouri Law Review and was admitted to the Order of the Coif. He also served as president of the Missouri Society of Healthcare Attorneys in 2019.
