Joshua Binegar

Joshua Binegar, PSM has a work history spanning over 15 years. Joshua is currently the Director of Solutions and Proposals at TMC Technologies of WV, a position they began in October 2021. Prior to that, they worked as a Sr. Principal Systems Architect at Peraton from January 2021 to October 2021.

From 2016 to 2021, Joshua held various roles at Northrop Grumman, including Sr. Principal Systems Architect and Systems Engineer. As a Systems Engineer, they provided engineering expertise and management of IT priority initiatives for a Federal Government Program Office. Joshua developed and implemented IT projects based on customer requirements and troubleshooted XML against N-DEx IEPD.

Before joining Northrop Grumman, Joshua worked at ManTech as an ASA System Administrator & Database Specialist from November 2014 to January 2016, and as a System Administrator from May 2013 to November 2014. Joshua also served as a Systems Administrator & Support Specialist at Salem International University from January 2012 to May 2013.

Joshua'scareer began at Metso Power, where they held the positions of 3D Laser CNC Machine Operator and Fabrications Engineer II from November 2006 to December 2009.

Joshua Binegar, PSM, has a diverse education history with a focus on information technology and manufacturing. Joshua started their education journey in 2003 at Fairmont State University, where they pursued studies in Civil Engineering. However, it is unclear if they completed a degree in this field.

In 2005, Joshua attended the Robert C. Byrd Institute and obtained an Associate in Technical Studies. During this time, they studied Machinery and Manufacturing, CNC Programming, Manual Machining, Blue Print Reading, and Computer Design.

In 2010, Joshua enrolled at Fairmont State University again, studying Information Systems Technology. Joshua completed an Associate of Applied Science (A.A.S.) degree in this field in 2011.

Joshua furthered their education in Information Technology at the University of Management and Technology from 2013 to 2014. Joshua obtained a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology (BSIT) degree during this period.

In addition to their formal education, Joshua has obtained several certifications. In 2011, they achieved the A+ certification from CompTIA and also became a Cisco Certified Entry Networking Technician (CCENT) through Cisco. In 2018, they obtained the Professional Scrum Master l certification from Scrum.org.
