Laura Christine Dent has a wealth of experience in the education and writing industries. Laura Christine began their career in 2006 as a Teacher at various schools, where they facilitated learning for their students in literacy, mathematics, social studies, science, and more. In 2016, they became an ABE Core Language Arts Instructor at San Juan College's GED Preparation Program, where they developed and implemented a Language Arts curriculum and provided instruction for adult learners. In 2017, they began working as a Founding Dual-Language Teacher at Roaring Fork School District (RE-1), where they created and established a dual-language program that facilitated instruction for emergent bilingual students in English/Spanish literacy, mathematics, social studies, and science.
