John R. Kelly

John R. Kelly is an experienced organizational development leader with a diverse background in change management and talent development. Currently serving as the Director of Organizational Development at TMEIC since August 2020, John previously held several key roles including Manager of Learning, Change, and Organization Effectiveness at Grainger, where responsibilities included creating human capital strategies across multiple areas in response to the COVID-19 crisis. With over a decade at Schneider Electric, John contributed to numerous North American and global transformations, achieving significant cost savings and enhancing employee engagement post-merger. Earlier experience includes a managerial role at CVS/Caremark, where John led initiatives in organizational effectiveness and training. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Xavier University and ongoing pursuit of a Master of Science in Management and Organizational Behavior from Benedictine University, alongside a Spanish Certificate from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana.
