Juvenal Madera Quintero has worked in various engineering roles for different companies throughout their career. Juvenal started in 2006 as a Quality Inspector at Carrier Corporation. In 2008, they completed an internship at EDAG. From 2010 to 2011, Juvenal worked as a Project Engineer at Ternium. Juvenal then joined CEMEX in 2013 as a Project Engineer, where they were responsible for detailed engineering and supervision of fuel transportation system installation. In 2015, they became a Field Service Engineer at Siemens. From 2017 to 2019, Juvenal worked as a Lead Service Engineer Drives MV at GE Power Conversion, specializing in commissioning and troubleshooting medium voltage drives. Currently, they are a Field Service Engineer at TMEIC, focusing on software and controls for auto stacking cranes.

Juvenal Madera Quintero pursued a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Mechatronics, Robotics, and Automation Engineering from Universität des Saarlandes from 2007 to 2008. From 2001 to 2009, they attended Universidad Autónoma de Nuevo León, where they obtained a degree in Electrical Mechanical Engineering with a focus on Electrics, control, and automation. Furthermore, they studied at Electronic´s School Monterrey from 2002 to 2004, where they acquired a certification as an HVAC Technician specializing in Heating, Air Conditioning, Ventilation, and Refrigeration. Juvenal later pursued a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Mechatronics, Robotics, and Automation Engineering from Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey (ITESM), which they completed from 2010 to 2014.
