Kuan Chan

Kuan Chan is a seasoned talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in recruitment across various industries and regions. Currently serving as the Head of Talent Acquisition APAC at TMF Group since April 2023, Kuan Chan previously held significant roles at SEEK as Regional Head of Talent Acquisition and at BP as Head of Recruitment, where responsibilities included managing recruitment strategies for diverse markets and supporting organizational growth. Earlier positions include leadership roles at BAE Systems Applied Intelligence, Halliburton, and IBM, with accomplishments in high-volume recruitment and team management across the Asia Pacific and other global regions. Kuan Chan's educational background includes a Postgraduate Bachelor in Computer Science and a Master's in Nutrition and Dietetics from Flinders University, along with a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry.
