Bhavik Mehta

Bhavik Mehta is an experienced talent acquisition professional currently serving as the Head of Talent Acquisition for the APAC region at UST since October 2019, following a role as Talent Acquisition Manager for Australia and New Zealand. Before UST, Bhavik worked at Cornerstone OnDemand as a Talent Acquisition Partner for the Asia-Pacific and Japan regions, where responsibilities included recruiting across various divisions and providing analytical reports for stakeholders. Prior experience includes leadership roles at Tech Mahindra, where Bhavik managed talent acquisition functions across Australia and New Zealand, as well as HR roles in Egypt and the USA. Bhavik holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resource Management from Symbiosis Centre for Distance Learning and a Bachelor of Commerce from Osmania University.
