Mark Lindsay

Mark Lindsay currently serves as the Global Solutions Director for Employee Benefits at TMF Group, a position held since July 2019. Prior to this role, Mark was a Client Director at Intertrust Group from September 2014 to July 2019, following the company's acquisition of Elian. Mark's legal career began as a Solicitor at Biggart Baillie from 2004 to 2008, eventually progressing through various roles, including Associate positions at Slaughter and May, Stephenson Harwood, and Brodies LLP, ultimately serving as Director at Burness Paull LLP from October 2013 to September 2014. Mark holds an LLB (Hons) in Law from the University of Strathclyde, obtained between 1999 and 2004.
