Chelsea Tossoun has a diverse and extensive work experience in event management and coordination. Chelsea currently holds the position of Head of Event Management at TM Forum since 2023. Prior to this role, they worked as a Senior Events Project Manager at TM Forum from 2021 to 2023 and as an Events Project Manager from 2020 to 2021. Before joining TM Forum, Chelsea worked at the Association of Corporate Treasurers as a Senior Global Events Coordinator from 2019 to 2020 and as a Global Events Coordinator from 2018 to 2020. Chelsea Tossoun obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Events Management from The Manchester Metropolitan University from 2012 to 2016. Prior to that, they completed an Access to Higher Education program in Humanities/Humanistic Studies at West Kent College, Tonbridge from 2011 to 2012. In addition to their formal education, Chelsea also holds several certifications including Pandemic Meeting & Event Design from the Event Leadership Institute, Salesforce: LinkedIn Sales Navigator Integration from LinkedIn, and Marketing Foundations: Value Proposition Development from LinkedIn. Chelsea also obtained the Level 2 Award for Music Promoters, Level 2 Award for Personal License Holders, Level 2 Award in Health & Safety in the Workplace, and Level 2 Award in Food Safety & Catering from BIIAB.
