Janelle Morse

Janelle Morse has over 15 years’ experience, specializing in event and P&L management, product design and operations. She has a passion for creating impressive, immersive and memorable events and focuses on innovation and design. As the VP of Research, Events & Media of TM Forum, Janelle is leading how the Forum and the industry showcase impressive content across multiple platforms to learn, collaborate, explore, and connect. In 2020, she successfully led the team to rapidly pivot and transform TM Forum’s flagship event Digital Transformation World to an online 6-week magazine style event. The event won, Best Digital Conference award at the Digital Event Awards in March 2021.

Prior to joining the Forum, Janelle led the annual giving program and event fundraising activities for a non-profit continuing care community. Janelle holds a BA in History, cum laude from Montclair State University.
