Joann O'Brien Bsc

Joann O'Brien BSc MBA is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the telecommunications and digital health sectors. Currently serving as Vice President at TM Forum since 2012, Joann has played a pivotal role in founding and advancing the Open API initiative, fostering industry collaboration through various programs, and leading the Frameworx Product & Architecture Office. Joann's previous roles include significant positions at Global Health 2030, the Next Generation IoT advisory board to the EU, and Motorola, where expertise in program management and software engineering was demonstrated. Joann holds an MBA from The Open University and a BSc in Information Technology with Telecommunications, further supported by a diploma in Project Management.
