Danielle Chianese

Danielle Chianese has over 16 years of professional experience in the fields of software engineering, project management, business analysis, and cybersecurity compliance. From 2018 to present, they have worked as the Director of Program and Project Management at tmg-emedia, inc., where they have been responsible for business analysis of national-scale bakery order transaction website with omnichannel integration, re-design and re-implementation of a full-stack SaaS music platform, NIST CSF compliance management, IT consultation, project management, and software development. From 2015 to 2018, they worked as the Senior Manager of Digital Cookie Customer Care and Senior Project Manager of Digital Cookie Go-to-Market at Girl Scouts of the USA, where they were responsible for deploying Digital Cookie 4.0, negotiating removal of potential fee, continuing customer service and consumer lead roles, migrating Digital Cookie from Zendesk to Salesforce Service Cloud, participating in effort to align and standardize help desk processes and procedures, advising on pilot with alternate software vendor, and creating customer service portal. From 2014 to 2015, they were self-employed as a software engineer and consultant, where they created a website for an apartment complex, performed data mining for a doctoral thesis, and designed an application to automate the process of discovery of "prior art" during the patent creation or infringement assessment process. From 2013 to 2014, they were a student at Dutchess Community College. From 2004 to 2013, they worked at IBM as a Staff Software Engineer and Entry-level Software Engineer, where they were responsible for migrating legacy TCL code to BPELs, designing and implementing real-time run-to-run algorithms, and designing and developing model perspective of the new Bookstore application. From 2002 to 2003, they were an Intern at Central Hudson Gas & Electric Corporation, where they used Trimble GPS hardware in field data collection and became proficient in using ArcView and RouteSmart software programs.

Danielle Chianese's education history includes a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Computer Science from Clarkson University, which they obtained between 2000 and 2004.
