Jared Wince

Jared Wince has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Jared started their career as a Computer Network Technician in the US Navy, where they were responsible for maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of network systems and equipment. Jared also performed backups and system recoveries and handled fiber optics repair. After that, Jared worked as a Network Administrator - AEGIS, where they managed a team and performed maintenance and troubleshooting on various systems and architectures. Jared also developed and executed network and user security procedures. Jared then transitioned to the role of a Talent Scout, where they sought out and interviewed applicants for job openings in the Navy and mentored future sailors. Jared utilized Salesforce for application tracking and submission. Following their time in the Navy, Jared joined Amazon as an Incident Manager II. In this role, they led high-severity response calls and technical bridges, ensured fast and accurate triage for global support organization, and implemented changes for risk mitigation and process improvements. Currently, Jared is working as a Network Engineer at TMMG, Inc.

From 2022 to 2025, Jared Wince attended Western Governors University, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Network Engineering and Security.
