Paul Diephaus

Paul Diephaus has a strong background in marine engineering and project management. Paul started their career in 1989 as a Shipboard Engineer with the Marine Engineer's Beneficial Association. In 2003, they joined Marine Transport Lines Inc as a Chief Engineer and later took on the role of Port Engineer, where they managed long-term planning, repair contracts, and budgeting. In 2016, they founded Diephaus Consulting LLC and provided marine engineering services, including shipyard support, accident investigations, and repair estimating. Since 2018, Paul has been a Senior Project Engineer at The McHenry Management Group, where they manage multiple projects involving shipboard alterations on government vessels. Overall, Paul's experience demonstrates their expertise in shipyard management, regulatory compliance, and project execution in the maritime industry.

Paul Diephaus attended the US Merchant Marine Academy from 1985 to 1989, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Marine Engineering.
