Dr. Deepankar Chakrabarti

Dr. Deepankar Chakrabarti has extensive work experience in the field of management education. Dr. Deepankar has worked as a Professor and Director at Jaipuria Institute of Management in Indore from 2022 to the present. Prior to that, they were a Professor and Dean of Research at Jaipuria Institute of Management from 2020 to 2022. Dr. Deepankar also served as a Professor, Head of Decision Sciences, and Dean of the School of Business at the University of Petroleum and Energy Studies from 2015 to 2020. Before that, they were a Professor and Dean at Fortune Institute of International Business from 2013 to 2015. Dr. Chakrabarti also held the position of Dean at Apeejay School of Management from 2004 to 2013. Dr. Deepankar'scareer in academia began as a Visiting Faculty Member at the Indian Institute of Management in Indore from 1998 to 2004.

Dr. Deepankar Chakrabarti holds a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Management from Jamia Millia Islamia, which was completed between 2007 and 2010. Dr. Deepankar also obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a Post Graduate Diploma in International Management from the International Management Institute - IMI in 1993. Additionally, they have a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Exploration Geophysics from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur, which was completed between 1982 and 1987. Dr. Chakrabarti has also obtained certifications in Applied Analytics Using SAS Enterprise Miner and SAS Enterprise Guide: ANOVA, Regression, and Logistic Regression from SAS in the year 2021.
