Morgan Shupe has a diverse range of work experience in the culinary and food industry. In their most recent position as a Product Development Manager at TMRW Foods, they were responsible for driving innovation and excellence in product development, working with internal and external stakeholders to bring new products to market. Prior to this role, they served as a Product Development & Culinary Chef at the same company, where they contributed to the development and conceptualization of new and existing products.

Before joining TMRW Foods, Morgan worked as a Holistic Culinary Consultant at Shupe's Soups Culinary Consulting, where they specialized in alternative and inclusive foods and provided services such as sensory testing and product development. They also worked as a Communications & Programs Coordinator at Growing Chefs, supporting the development and implementation of communications and marketing strategies.

Earlier in their career, Morgan held the position of Chef Educator & Program and Operations Assistant at Growing Chefs!, where they taught children and families about healthy food and managed program operations. They also worked as an In-House Office Chef at Vega, creating a plant-based lunch program for the company's main office. Additionally, they gained experience as a Sous Chef at Browns Socialhouse - Premier Restaurant Group, overseeing kitchen tasks and training staff.

Throughout their various roles, Morgan has demonstrated a strong passion for culinary innovation, food development, and promoting healthy eating habits.

Morgan Shupe's education history begins in 2010 when they enrolled at Vancouver Community College (VCC) to pursue an apprenticeship in Culinary Arts. They obtained their Interprovincial Red Seal Certificate Level 1 from the Industry Training Authority (ITA) in December 2010. In the same year, they also obtained a WHIMIS Certification from WorkSafe Victoria.

In 2016, Morgan enrolled at Simon Fraser University to study New Media Journalism, though no degree is specified. They continued their education in 2018 by obtaining a Food Safe certification from Fraser Health Authority and also completed Serving It Right: Alcohol Service Training through Responsible Service BC.

In 2019, Morgan enrolled at BrainStation to study Digital Marketing, though no degree is specified. Afterward, in 2021, they started attending Pacific Rim College for a Community Herbalism Certificate.

Currently, Morgan is attending Alive Academy, where they are pursuing a degree in Applied Nutrition with a specialization in Sport & Fitness and Nutritional Consulting. This program is expected to end in 2022.
