Poornima Thapliyal has a diverse work experience, starting with their most recent role as an Associate Product Manager at TMRW House of Brands since February 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Ola Electric as an Associate Product Manager from January 2022 to January 2023.

In July 2020, they completed the "Introduction to Data Analysis Using Excel" certification offered by Rice University's Susanne M. Glasscock School of Continuing Studies. In May 2020, they participated in the BCG Strategy Consulting Virtual Experience Program provided by InsideSherpa. Additionally, they completed "The Complete SQL Bootcamp 2020" course on Udemy in May 2020. In March 2020, they acquired certifications in "Brand and Product Management" from IE Business School and "The Complete Product Management Course" from Udemy. Moreover, they hold the Google AdWords Search Certification, obtained at an undisclosed time.
