Prasanth Reddy has extensive work experience in marketing and brand management. Prasanth is currently working as the Lead - Marketing at TMRW House of Brands since 2023. Prior to this, they worked as the Marketing Manager at Amazon from July 2022 to March 2023. Prasanth also served as the Category Marketing at udaan.com from December 2020 to July 2022. Before that, Prasanth worked at Johnson & Johnson as a Brand Manager from May 2019 to November 2020 and as a District Manager (MT) from June 2018 to April 2019. Prasanth gained valuable experience as a Summer Marketing Intern at Titan Company Limited in 2017. Additionally, they worked as an Intern at Carped.org in February 2017, where they conducted primary research on the weaver community in Pochampally district, Telangana, and suggested the implementation of a minimum wage policy. Prasanth also held the position of Executive - Innovation - Central Technology Services at Titan Company Limited from August 2013 to April 2016.

Prasanth Reddy completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing and GM from SVKM's Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS) from 2016 to 2018. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) degree in Electronics & Instrumentation from Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham, Coimbatore, from 2009 to 2013. Prasanth also attended Nalanda Junior College from 2007 to 2009 for their Pre-University education, with a focus on Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry. Prasanth'shigh school education took place at Nalanda Vidya Niketan from 1999 to 2007, where they studied Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, and Social Sciences.

In addition to their formal education, Prasanth Reddy has obtained several certifications. These include the "Fundamentals of Digital Marketing" from Google in November 2021, "Content Marketing: Newsletters" from LinkedIn in April 2020, and the "Digital Marketing Specialization" from Coursera in January 2018. Prasanth has also completed various other courses such as "Channel Management and Retailing," "Integrated Marketing Communications: Advertising, Public Relations, Digital Marketing and more," "Marketing in a Digital World," "Pricing Strategy," and "Brand and Product Management" from Coursera, all obtained between June 2017 and November 2021.
