Mark Lapczynski

Mark has spent his career helping to create families –– working as an embryologist to provide a safe and seamless process from egg retrieval to transfer.

Prior to TMRW, Mark began his career at Troche Fertility Centers as a Junior Embryologist and later became the Lab Manager and Supervisor. Mark has frozen or thawed on nearly every cryo device on the market, conducted multiple cryo inventories, and has an acute understanding of lab work flows. Much of his work as an embryologist focused on creating protocols to predict tank failures where he recognized the need for new alarm systems and better practices beyond analog record keeping.

Mark began his professional career as a Crossfit coach and is an avid outdoor enthusiast. Some of his hobbies include rock climbing, mountain biking, hiking, working on his old diesel truck, and gardening.

Mark is excited to bring the TMRW platform into clinics to enable an unprecedented level of care to each specimen. Mark works with clinics to safely transfer legacy samples into the TMRW platform, and organize and amend cryo records and specimen data to ensure that the inventory of each fertility center is correct.
