Shayna Lans

Shayna has strong organizational skills, a critical eye for streamlining and optimizing processes, and positive energy to everything she touches.

Prior to joining TMRW, Shayna worked as an Administrative Specialist in the Department of Cardiothoracic Surgery at Weill Cornell Medicine/NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital, providing administrative and operational support to six full-time thoracic surgeons. She also holds a Master’s degree in Health Administration from the Columbia Mailman School of Public Health.

At TMRW, Shayna’s role involves connecting with and continuously delighting our IVF center partners through curated experiences and educational opportunities. She acts as the point person for onboarding activities and ongoing support processes. Before she joined the Client Success team, Shayna served as TMRW’s Executive Assistant. During this time, she had the privilege of understanding and contributing to the latest business developments across multiple points within the organization. It was through this experience that Shayna developed her passion and commitment to developing meaningful and lasting partnerships with our clients.
