Currently serving as the Director of clinical recruitment and clinician experience at Mindful Health Solutions, a company focused on redefining the psychiatric outpatient experience through innovative and evidence-based treatments. Prior to this, Carrie worked as a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner at Headwaters Medical Staffing and as a Resource Family Specialist and Foster Family Recruitment at Montana Department of Public Health and Human Services.
