Janice Rath, MBA, PHR

Janice Rath, MBA, PHR has extensive experience in strategic sourcing, recruitment, and human resources. Janice started their career at Microsoft Corporation as a Recruitment Coordinator in 1997 and then moved to Rockwell Collins as an HR Specialist from 1999 to 2001. Janice joined General Dynamics AIS in 2004, where they served as an HR Specialist, responsible for developing and conducting training programs, recruiting for various positions, managing relocation issues, and establishing relationships with temporary agencies. In 2008, they joined Aristocrat as a Human Resources Generalist, where they handled full-cycle recruiting, consulted with managers on hiring needs, and managed employment relation issues. In 2010, Janice joined The O'Connor Group as the Director of Strategic Sourcing and Recruitment. Currently, Janice is working as a Strategic Recruitment Consultant at Tmunity Therapeutics Incorporated, where they focus on strategic recruitment initiatives. Throughout their career, Janice has demonstrated expertise in recruitment, training, and managing HR operations.

Janice Rath, MBA, PHR, obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree in Business from the University of Washington, where they studied from 1991 to 1995. Later on, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Finance and Marketing at the University of Washington - Michael G. Foster School of Business from 2001 to 2003.
