Karen Morris

Karen Morris has a diverse work experience that spans across various roles and companies. Karen began their career as a Visual Merchandiser at Warehouse Fashions in 2003. From there, they worked as a Marketing Assistant and PR Manager at Springbrisk Entertainment, focusing on the venue Byblos in Glasgow. In 2008, they transitioned to a Business Development Executive role at 360innovate, where they gained knowledge in digital marketing and client solutions. In 2009, Karen joined Alienation Digital as an Account Management and Business Development lead, handling notable clients such as BAE Systems and the Southbank Centre. Karen then moved on to roles as a Senior Account Director at VML and DigitasLBi, where they developed expertise in account management. Karen'snext position was at Publicis UK as a Business Director, responsible for various business accounts. In 2018, Karen joined TMW Unlimited as a Business Director and later advanced to a Client Services Director role. Currently, they are working as a Mentor at Creative Mentor Network and is also participating in Creative Equals' Business Leaders Programme as part of their 2021 Cohort.

Karen Morris has a BA (Hons) degree in Social Sciences (History & Politics) from Glasgow Caledonian University, which they obtained from 2002 to 2006. In 2006 to 2007, they pursued an MSc degree in Marketing at the University of Strathclyde. In 2016, they completed a Level 2 program in Wine at the Wine & Spirit Education Trust. Lastly, in 2017, Karen achieved a Level 3 certification in Wine from the same institution.
