Tim Noblett has a diverse work experience in the fields of data analysis, market research, and marketing. Tim is currently serving as the Head of Data and Insight at TMW Unlimited. Prior to this, they worked as a Market Researcher at BACKLIGHT and founded Equivalence Consulting, where they focused on data analytics, insight generation, and strategic planning to support organizations in improving diversity and inclusion. Tim also has experience as a Deputy Director of Marketing (Volunteer) at Pride in London, a Marketing Volunteer at Naz and Matt Foundation, and a Data Strategy Freelancer at Pablo London. Before that, they held various roles at TBWA London, concise, Aegis Media, and Carat, where they specialized in data analysis, CRM strategy, campaign evaluation, and customer insight.

Tim Noblett obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Economics and Econometrics from the University of Southampton, where they studied from 1995 to 1998. In addition to their academic education, Tim has also obtained certifications in various subjects. In August 2020, they completed a certification titled "Out and Proud: Approaching LGBT Issues in the Workplace" at LinkedIn. Prior to that, in July 2020, they obtained another certification called "Developing a Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging Program" from LinkedIn as well.
