Jill Christie

Jill Christie is an accomplished talent acquisition professional with extensive experience across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Head of Talent Acquisition at TMX Group since August 2022, Jill has previously held key positions such as Director of Talent Acquisition at Cineplex and Deloitte Canada. Jill's earlier roles include Manager of Senior Leader & Key Strategic Talent Acquisition at Canadian Tire and Senior Corporate Recruiter at Hudson's Bay Company, where Jill managed recruitment processes and contributed to talent development and succession planning. Jill holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in History and Sociology from Western University and a CHRP designation in Human Resources from George Brown College.
