Natasha Wooderson

Natasha Wooderson serves as the Head of People at TMX Transform since January 2024. Prior to this role, Natasha held various positions at The Kraft Heinz Company from April 2018 to January 2024, including Senior HR Business Partner Operations and Head of Communications, Diversity, Inclusion & Belonging for Australia, New Zealand, Japan, and Korea. Natasha's experience also includes roles as Communications, Diversity & Inclusion Manager and Talent Acquisition Manager for EMEA at The Kraft Heinz Company, as well as Talent Acquisition Manager for International Volunteers at Raleigh International. Natasha’s earlier experience includes work as an International Volunteer with VSO and a Talent Consultant at Cordant Medical Sales. Natasha's educational background encompasses a Master in Business Administration from Quantic School of Business and Technology, a degree in Biomedical Sciences from the University of Portsmouth, and an HR and Payroll Diploma from New Skills Academy, along with completing the HR Business Partnering Program at Cornell University.
