Courtney Grisillo is currently the Human Resources Manager at TNG. Prior to this, they worked at Partner's Consulting, Inc. for over six years as the Business Manager.

Courtney has a wealth of experience in business operations, including onboarding, healthcare benefits, payroll functions, compliance audits, and managing client and consultant documentation. Courtney is also skilled in building and maintaining relationships with consultants, ensuring their satisfaction with their contract work.

Courtney Grisillo has a BA in Broadcast Journalism from American University and a HS Diploma from Bishop Eustace Prep. Courtney also has a Certification from SHRM in SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP).
