Megan Birster

Megan Birster is the Executive Director of Training Operations at TNG. Megan has over fifteen years of experience in the field of event management and has been with TNG for two years. Prior to their current position, Megan was the Director of Regional Hosted Events for The NCHERM Group, ATIXA, and NaBITA. In this role, they were responsible for developing and executing ambitious event growth and marketing strategies, as well as recruiting attendees for events in both the US and Canada. Megan has also been responsible for creating marketing materials for services and products provided by TNG, promoting upcoming events, and managing and coaching Regional Events Coordinators. In addition to their event management experience, Megan has also developed new member services and initiatives for Higher Education and PreK-12.

Megan Birster has a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from the University of Phoenix. Megan also has a Diploma from Upper Merion Area High School. Megan is certified from NMLS in .
