Rodrigo Rubio Haasler

Rodrigo Rubio Haasler is an experienced professional in the field of civil engineering, currently serving as Vice President at Instituto Centroamericano del Asfalto since January 2024. With a strong background in pavement engineering, Rodrigo has held the position of Technical General Manager at SERPIN since January 2013 and has been with TNM Limited in the role of Pavement Engineer since January 2008. Additionally, Rodrigo served as President of the Instituto del Asfalto de Guatemala from April 2020 to April 2024. Rodrigo holds a Master's degree in Road Infrastructure from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana and a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Universidad del Valle de Guatemala.
