Alessandro Troglia is a scientist at TNO since July 2023, focusing on semiconductor equipment lifetime. Previously, Alessandro served as a PhD researcher at ARCNL from June 2019 to June 2023, where development and investigation of physical and chemical properties of thin films for extreme ultraviolet lithography (EUVL) applications were conducted. Additionally, Alessandro acted as a teaching assistant for the Surface and Interface Science course at the University of Amsterdam from March 2020 to July 2022. Prior experiences include research internships at Elettra Sincrotrone Trieste and the Interdisciplinary Centre for Nanostructured Materials and Interfaces, alongside a role as a security steward at WINCH Srl. Educational credentials comprise a PhD in Physics from the University of Amsterdam, a Master of Science in Solid State Physics, and a Bachelor of Science in Physics from Università degli Studi di Milano.
