Egon Merks

Egon Merks has a background in Electrical Engineering, earning an MSc from Delft University of Technology. Currently working as a Medior Scientist Specialist at TNO in the field of Acoustics & Sonar, Egon previously held roles in product development engineering at Sonion and conducted research as a PostDoc at Erasmus MC. With a focus on hearing aid-grade MEMS microphones and bladder volume assessment methods, Egon's expertise includes electro-acoustic modeling, ultrasound wave propagation, and the development of specialized transducers.
