Elena Höppener

Elena Höppener is a Medior Scientist Integrator at TNO in the domain of Circular Economy and Environment, focusing on microplastics detection using various micro- and spectroscopic methods. Elena also currently serves as a Program Manager at ChemistryNL and has a background in Nanomaterials with a Master's degree from Utrecht University. Elena has previous experience as a Research Intern at the University of Edinburgh and has been actively involved in student representation and program development within the field of chemistry. Elena has a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry from Utrecht University and has constantly shown a passion for the subject through various roles and projects.
