Esra Bektas is a Senior Research Scientist at TNO, specializing in the capture and formalization of domain knowledge to enhance strategic decision-making in asset management since September 2012. Prior experience includes serving as a PhD Researcher at Delft University of Technology, focusing on knowledge management strategies for large building projects, and supervising master students. Additional roles include External Researcher at DHV, where a case study was conducted on a large complex building project, and Architect at MNG Group of Companies, involved in designing large-scale projects in various international locations. Esra holds a PhD in Architectural Design Management from Delft University of Technology, along with master's degrees in Urban Management from both Lund University and Erasmus University Rotterdam, and a Bachelor's degree in Architecture from Gazi University.
