Helen Verhoef currently serves as Deputy Research Manager at TNO, a position held since September 2019, where leadership is provided for the Sustainable Productivity and Employability department. Previously at TNO, Helen worked as a Scientist Integrator and Innovator in the same field, focusing on sustainable labor productivity within organizations. Other experience includes coaching for the Landelijke Studentenvakbond, providing training through Trainingen op Maat, and serving as a member of the educational committee for the Master's program in psychology at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam. Helen held leadership roles within the Studievereniging der Psychologie Labyrint, including Chairperson of the General Members Meeting and Board Member responsible for education and acquisition. Educational credentials include a Master of Science in Work and Organizational Psychology from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam and a Bachelor’s degree from Leiden University, complemented by a minor in Business Administration.
