Jessie Koen

Jessie Koen is a Senior Scientist in Sustainable Productivity and Employability at TNO since January 2022 and has been a Scientific Researcher and Assistant Professor in the Department of Work & Organizational Psychology at the University of Amsterdam since March 2008. Research interests focus on how individuals navigate successful careers amid contemporary challenges like flexible employment and economic fluctuations. Notable past roles include postdoctoral researcher on employability of medical professionals, as well as Visiting Professor positions at Curtin Graduate School of Business and The University of Western Australia. Academic credentials include a Ph.D. in Work and Organizational Psychology from the University of Amsterdam, where Jessie also earned MaSc and BaSc degrees. Initial experience includes an internship as a recruiter at CBE Staffing.
