Leonie Lücking is a Medior Process Technology Researcher at TNO, specializing in gas treatment and CO2 capture using SEWGS technology since March 2020. Prior to TNO, Leonie served as a Junior Process Technology Researcher at Delft University of Technology, completing a PDEng trainee program focused on process and equipment design in collaboration with Royal COSUN R&D and Shell. Leonie has experience in conceptual design, literature review, and economic assessment of technologies from previous roles at Fraunhofer ISE and Technische Universität Berlin. Educational credentials include a Professional Doctorate in Engineering, a Master’s Degree in Sustainable Energy Technology, and a Bachelor of Science in Energy and Process Engineering. Additionally, Leonie contributed as a volunteer in South Africa through the GIZ program.
