Lidewij Renaud has a comprehensive background in ergonomics, occupational health, and research, currently serving as Projectleader Work Health Technology at TNO since November 2021. Previously, Lidewij held the position of Onderzoeker arbeidsveiligheid at Rijksinstituut voor Volksgezondheid en Milieu and was a PhD candidate at VUmc, focusing on reducing sedentary behavior in office workers. Lidewij also founded Renaud Ergonomics, providing workplace ergonomic training and advice, and has worked as an ergonomic advisor at HumanCapitalCare and an occupational health and safety advisor at the Academic Medical Center. Academic qualifications include a Master's degree in Human Movement Sciences from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam and a Master's degree in Epidemiology from the same institution. Lidewij began the professional journey as a research intern at Harvard School of Public Health and demonstrated leadership as chairman of the student union at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam.
