Wesley van de Ven

Wesley van de Ven is a Senior Scientist in Powertrains at TNO since April 2023, bringing extensive experience in the automotive industry. Previous roles include Clutch Domain Architect at Punch Powertrain from November 2018 to April 2023 and Lead Engineer Transmissions at Great Wall Motor Co., Ltd. from October 2015 to September 2018, focusing on dual clutch transmission development and calibration. Wesley also served as Senior Project Engineer at Benteler Engineering Services and has held various engineering and leadership positions at Punch Powertrain, DTI, AVL, and Bertrandt AG throughout a career starting in 2003. Wesley holds degrees in Automotive Embedded Systems from Hogeschool Arnhem en Nijmegen and MTS Autotechniek Eindhoven.
