Syed Awkhil Ahmed

Syed Awkhil Ahmed has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Syed Awkhil began their career at Wipro BPO as a Team Lead, where they were responsible for conducting status review presentations, service review meetings, and setting up various practices. Syed Awkhil then joined Intelenet Global Services as a Team Lead, where they successfully transitioned and established the Business Banking process. At Tata Consultancy Services, Ahmed worked as an Assistant Manager, managing three Reference Data processes and conducting root cause analysis. Syed Awkhil then moved on to Safal Technologies Pvt. Ltd. as a Business Development Manager, where they identified new business opportunities and built relationships with customers. Ahmed's next role was at Gulf Stevedoring Contracting Company Limited as a Database Administrator, where they maintained Oracle databases and performed backups. Syed Awkhil then joined Navis as an SPARCS N4 Professional, where they verified and isolated bugs reported by customers and installed/upgraded software. Currently, Ahmed is working at Total Network Solutions as a Technical Project Manager.

Syed Awkhil Ahmed completed their Master's degree in Computer Applications from Bharatidasan University between 2001 and 2004. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Madras University from 1997 to 2000. In addition to their formal education, Syed also obtained a certification in SPARCS N4 from Navis in July 2013.
