Ian Johnson

Ian Johnson is an accomplished R&D Scientist II at General Mills since June 2022 and has extensive experience as a Food Scientist at TNT Crust LLC since January 2017, where responsibilities have included research and development in the bakery sector. Prior experience includes a role as an Associate Food Scientist at Tyson Foods from May 2016 to August 2018, contributing to bakery research and development, as well as serving as an FSQA Technician 5.
