Lindsey Hoeppner

Lindsey Hoeppner, SHRM-CP, currently serves as Resource Manager at TNTP since October 2019 and has held various roles within the organization, including Manager of Workforce and Seasonal Talent Acquisition Associate. Before joining TNTP, Lindsey worked at OneTeacher as Manager of Operations and Talent Initiatives from February to November 2020. Prior experience includes a significant tenure at Lighthouse Academies from August 2012 to July 2019, where Lindsey held positions such as Director of Teacher Leadership at Bronx Lighthouse Charter School, Founding English Teacher, Teacher Leader Fellow, and Director of Summer Academy. Additionally, Lindsey worked as a Teacher at Amistad-Elm City High School with Achievement First from August 2010 to June 2012 and served as a Teach for America Corps Member from June 2010 to June 2012. Lindsey Hoeppner earned a degree in Journalism from Indiana University Bloomington, graduating in 2010.
