Priscilla E.

Priscilla E. has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and industries. Priscilla began their career at Teach For America, where they served as a Teacher before transitioning into managerial positions, including Manager of Operations & Placement Support and Director of Operations. Following this, they joined Aspire Public Schools as the Vice President of Finance and Operations.

Priscilla then moved on to the BRICK Education Network, where they assumed the role of Chief Strategy Officer. Priscilla subsequently founded their own consulting firm, Norwood Hart Consulting, where they served as the Founder and Chief Executive Officer.

In 2021, Priscilla joined Wildflower Schools as a National Partner, focusing on Loan Origination and Facilities Support. During their time there, they played a crucial role in areas such as budget management, loan application review, and implementing a new SaaS platform and operations.

Most recently, Priscilla has taken on the position of Vice President of Strategic Growth & Finance at TNTP, further showcasing their expertise in finance and growth strategies.

Priscilla E. has completed the Nonprofit Finance program at Kellogg Executive Education in 2021. Priscilla also participated in the General Management Program at Harvard Business School but did not obtain a degree. Priscilla holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Finance, General from Texas A&M University-Commerce. Priscilla earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Biological Sciences and Psychology from The University of Alabama. Additionally, they received certifications in General Management from Harvard Business School Executive Education and in Nonprofit Finance: Toolkit for Leaders from Kellogg Executive Education in 2022 and 2021 respectively.
