Michelle Cruz

Michelle Cruz is a Visitor Experience Concierge at Royal Ontario Museum and a Duty Manager at TO Live. Michelle gained experience as a Box Office Supervisor at Toronto Blue Jays, handling ticket sales and customer inquiries. Michelle also worked as a Medical Office Assistant at Procrea Fertility and an Assistant to District Manager at Avon Canada. With a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology and Psychology from the University of Toronto, Michelle has developed strong customer service skills, the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, and excellent people skills.
