Fariba Jalili, MBA has extensive experience in the fashion industry. Fariba began their career in 1993 as an Import Specialist at The Donna Karan Company, LLC. In 1995, they moved to Calvin Klein as an Import Manager. In 1998, they were hired as the Director of International Logistics at Finity GSA Group., LTD. In 2001, they were promoted to Director of Imports at CFLNY - Product Development, Sales and Merchandising Office. From 2004 to 2009, they worked as Executive Vice President, Global Operations and Vice President, Global Operations at DVF (Diane von Furstenberg). From 2019 to 2021, they served as Executive Consultant at Barneys New York, where they managed budgets of $8.4MM and spearheaded projects at the company's e-commerce studio and distribution center. Since 2016, they have been an Independent Executive Consultant, advising on business development plans and expansion strategies to increase revenues. Additionally, they have been an Advisory Board Member at the Fashion Institute of Technology since 2009.

Fariba Jalili holds an Executive Masters Business Administration from NYU Stern School of Business, with a specialization in Leadership, Marketing, & Strategy. Fariba also holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and Merchandising from the Fashion Institute of Technology, as well as an Associate Applied Science in Fashion Buying and Merchandising.
