Danielle Beneduce Valente

Danielle Beneduce Valente is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business process outsourcing and operational management. Currently serving as Senior Director of Partner Outsourcing at Toast since January 2022, Danielle previously held the position of Global Head of Outsourced Labor & BPO at Wayfair from September 2018 to December 2021, where responsibilities included overseeing a $110 million category and developing outsourcing and vendor management solutions. Danielle's earlier roles include Operations Manager in Global Supply Chain at HBO, Operations Manager at Full Circle Home LLC, and Events and Lifestyle PR Intern at BWR Public Relations. Danielle holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and a BS in Marketing from Lehigh University.
