Emilie Cohen

Emilie Cohen is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operational leadership and client services, currently serving as the Area Vice President of Enterprise Onboarding at Toast since September 2016. Emilie has progressed through various roles within the company, including Director of Restaurant Success and Senior Regional Manager of Restaurant Success. Prior to Toast, Emilie held the position of Director of Operations and Client Services at Northwestern Mutual and served as Food and Beverage Manager at Fontainebleau Miami Beach. Additional experience includes roles at Sparta Consulting Group, Zinc Brasserie & Wine Bar, The Mission, and Nordstrom. Emilie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Communication from the W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University.
