Fiorella Ly Rojas

Fiorella Ly Rojas has worked in three different companies. In 2022, they began working as an Internal Talent Success Manager at DNAMIC. Her responsibilities included developing and implementing wellness strategies, leading initiatives, engagement plans, and core processes in the company. Fiorella also developed the onboarding process and hosted workshops and conducted group sessions. In 2021, they worked as a Talent Acquisition Advisor at Recluta Talenthunter. In 2020, they worked at Amazon as an ERC Associate, Resolution Specialist, and Customer Service. As a Resolution Specialist, their responsibilities included communicating effectively and professionally with customers and colleagues to get to the root cause of an escalation and provide solutions with creativity. Fiorella also had to submit feedback and escalate systemic issues while achieving a good performance in metrics.

Fiorella Ly Rojas received their degree in Psicology from the Universidad de Costa Rica UCR in 2017, after completing their studies from 2012 to 2017. Fiorella then went on to receive their degree in Education and Teaching of Psychology from the Universidad de Costa Rica UCR in 2020.
