Erica Cohen

Erica Cohen has extensive experience in sales leadership, currently serving as a Member at Pavilion since March 2024. As Sales Area Vice President at Toast since April 2019, Erica also led the Toast Payroll Team Management as Sales Group Vice President. Prior to Toast, Erica was the Senior Director of Sales at WeddingWire from November 2006 to March 2019, where as the first sales hire, revenue was increased from $0 to over $85MM. Earlier in career, Erica held the position of Market Manager for Brides.com at Condé Nast from January 2004 to November 2006, recognized as the #1 nationwide producer of new business print sales. Additionally, Erica contributed to the Corporate Executive Board as a Senior Sales Associate, achieving rapid promotions and significant membership sales. Erica holds education credentials from Northeastern University and The George Washington University.
